I Need Cat Care Advice

What's up interwebbers? I'll tell you what's up. MY CAT IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!! She's so wonderful and cuddley but she poops ALL THE TIME and it's never in the litter box. A few weeks ago we got her a cage because at Animal Friends, they told us to confind her to a smaller space where she's forced to use a littler box.....IT DIDN'T HELP! She poops on her shelves and on her blankets but never in the box. we even got 2 litter boxes and filled one with Cat Attract (a litter made to attract cats to pee there. she actually uses this one only for peeing) and another with Fresh Step. The Fresh Step one is basically just taking up space in her cage it seems. She doesn't use that one either. I don't know what to do anymore. I NEED HELP!!!!
